Welcome to SOFUA. By visiting sofua.co (the "Site") or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. The store

We sell apparel, art prints, and related merchandise, produced on demand. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in color and print placement are inherent to on-demand production and are not defects.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse any order (suspected fraud, pricing errors, or address issues) — if we do, you'll be refunded in full. You represent that the payment information you provide is yours and accurate.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Both are incorporated into these terms.

4. Intellectual property

Everything on the Site and on our products — the SOFUA name, the eclipse mark, the 福 mark, ソフア, all artwork, designs, product photography, video, and text — is our intellectual property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission. Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item, not a license to reproduce its design.

Unauthorized commercial use of our designs (including uploading them to print-on-demand or marketplace platforms) will be met with takedown notices and any other remedies available under law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to transmit malware, or to attempt to interfere with the Site's operation.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms or required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
