every piece is made to order. no change-of-mind returns for us orders.

uk & eu customers: distance-selling rules give you a 14-day right of withdrawal, and we honor it. tell us within 14 days of delivery (fu@sofua.co, order number included), send the piece back unworn, and the refund lands within 14 days of the return reaching us. return shipping is on you. this sits alongside — not instead of — everything below.

defective, damaged, misprinted, or wrong item: we replace it, free, anywhere we ship. email fu@sofua.co within 30 days of delivery — order number and photos.

sizing: garment measurements are listed on every product page. measure a piece you own and compare before you claim yours. if what arrives is materially different from the listed measurements, that counts as defective — we make it right.

lost in transit: replaced. tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

tracking says delivered but nothing at your door: check with neighbors and your carrier first, then email us — handled case by case.

wrong or incomplete address at checkout: if the package comes back to us, we'll confirm a corrected address before reshipping; reshipment costs may apply.

need to change or cancel: email fu@sofua.co immediately. once a piece enters production it can't be pulled back.

where a refund applies, it lands on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
