Shipping policy

every piece is made to order — printed when you claim it, not before. production takes 2–5 business days before anything ships.

where we ship

we currently accept orders to the destinations listed below. if your country isn't listed, checkout won't offer shipping to it.

north america — united states, canada, mexico, bermuda.

europe & the uk — austria, belgium, bulgaria, croatia, cyprus, czechia, denmark, estonia, finland, france, germany, greece, hungary, iceland, ireland, isle of man, italy, latvia, liechtenstein, lithuania, luxembourg, malta, netherlands, norway, poland, portugal, romania, slovakia, slovenia, spain, sweden, switzerland, united kingdom.

asia & the pacific — australia, china, hong kong sar, india, indonesia, japan, macao sar, malaysia, new zealand, pakistan, philippines, singapore, south korea, sri lanka, taiwan, thailand, vietnam.

middle east & central asia — bahrain, israel, jordan, kazakhstan, kuwait, lebanon, oman, qatar, saudi arabia, turkiye, united arab emirates.

latin america — argentina, chile, colombia.

africa — algeria, egypt, kenya, morocco, nigeria, south africa.

eurasia — russia.

rates

united states: $4.99 flat. free on orders over $50.

canada, the united kingdom, europe and japan: from $9.99.

australia and new zealand: from $12.99.

all other destinations: the rate is calculated by destination and shown in full at checkout before you pay. we don't add handling fees on top.

delivery

united states: 3–10 business days after production. washed garments ride the longer end — 7–12 business days door to door.

canada, the united kingdom, europe, japan, australia and new zealand: 2–6 weeks after production. canada runs quickest, australia and new zealand the longest.

all other destinations: transit time varies by carrier and customs, and we don't quote a fixed window. you get tracking the moment it ships.

duties, taxes and customs

orders shipped outside the united states may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by your country on arrival. those charges belong to you — we don't collect them, we can't predict them, and they are separate from anything you pay us.

if we can't fulfill

production is handled by partners in the united states and abroad. on rare occasions a piece can't be produced or delivered to a specific destination. if that happens we email you at the address on the order and refund in full for anything we can't ship, shipping included.

tracking and split shipments

you get tracking the moment it ships. pieces from different production runs may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost — you only ever pay what checkout showed.

addresses

enter your address carefully. if a package returns to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll confirm a corrected address before reshipping, and reshipment costs may apply.
